TERMS AND CONDITIONS
§ 1 Scope and Provider
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products by Atlas Chem, located in UL. MANIFESTU POŁANIECKIEGO 16 lok. 7, 80-506 Gdańsk, Poland, registration number NIP: 9571192836, hereinafter referred to as "the Seller", to the customer.
§ 2 Product Usage Disclaimer
1. All products sold on this website are intended strictly for laboratory research and analytical purposes only.
2. The products are NOT intended for human consumption, medical use, veterinary use, or as food/cosmetic additives.
3. The Customer confirms that they are aware of the risks associated with the handling of these substances and possesses the necessary technical qualifications.
§ 3 Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. By clicking the "Place Order" button, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase. The contract is only concluded when the Seller sends a shipping confirmation via email.
§ 4 Prices and Shipping
1. Prices are stated in [EUR/PLN] and include Polish VAT where applicable.
2. Shipping is carried out from Poland. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the import of the ordered substances is legal in their respective country. The Seller is not liable for seizures by customs.
§ 5 Payment Terms
Payment must be made in advance using the payment methods provided on the website (e.g., Bank Transfer, Crypto).
§ 6 Liability
The Seller shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from the misuse, improper handling, or any use of the products outside of a controlled research environment.
§ 7 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The law of the Republic of Poland applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). If the customer is a consumer in the EU, mandatory consumer protection laws of their home country remain unaffected.
